The check-in process was smooth and quick and the staff at the front desk very polite I was grateful for that small kindness after my long drive. Plus the water pressure in the shower was honestly one of the best things about this place it.
It wasn't inexpensive but still seemed acceptable considering the decent service at the front desk.

Very clean, super bed, excellent staff, and friendly shuttle driver.
Location, parking, bed, staff.
We chose the Green service thinking we would just reuse our linens and towels but instead got no visit from maid service at all. Desk made up the coffee coverage, etc so all good in the end.

This hotel suits me perfectly. The friendly staff always help me with everything I need, from luggage storage to the free airport shuttle. I remember when they helped find my lost wallet. I'll be back for a new year!

Being upgraded to a better room, 1505, because of the fidelity card. Friendly staff, especially Rhonda at the bar.
The lounge on the 15th floor was not great though. By the time we arrived, 19h, there was practically no drinks left...only high-calorie sodas..No bottled water.

Convenience.
Disappointing. Bedroom dusty. Dining room could have been cleaner. Food average and breakfast cold and overpriced. Convenience good but would choose another hotel next time.

The staff was accommodating, especially with our two little ones. We loved our spacious Queen room with two queen beds, perfect for our family. Plus, the airport shuttle made our travels super easy, great to explore nearby spots like the University of New Mexico.
In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

I had a 6am. Flight out of abq. I arrived at the hotel at 11pm. And was processed immediately. I was inmy room and asleep by 11:30. I needed to call for shampoo which took a bit too long to arrive. Had an early wakevup call and the airport shuttle was waiting for me in less than 7 minutes as promised. Great room, wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. Great to have starbucks in the room. A great few hours spent in your hotel. Convenience for an early flights beats any other place that I have stayed.
A bit too noisy....should have thought about better soundproofing.

great location but major issues
The perfect location near the airport. The queen room with two queen beds was clean and provided a comfortable stay.
But the unbearable sewage smell really ruined the experience.

Rooms, especially the bath has been nicely upgraded since our last stay The wait staff at the restaurant very nice The food was very good.
When I made the reservation on line, I was requested to pay in advance. Most hotels do not require this. However, when we arrived, the nice young man at the front desk could find no record of our reservation. i went back out to the car a got the copy of our reservation (paid) He gave us a nice room and I left it to him to figure out what happened to our reservation. The reservation was processed through some organization affiliated with Sheraton .

Had very comfortable experience, overall perfect place.
Breakfast was savoury, outstanding views, favourable location not far from the desert of business travel and the gift shop. Enjoyed WiFi and coffee in the room. Downstairs bar was executive. The service was amazing with an early check-in. As I noticed, working of Wi-Fi throughout the property was OK.

Very close to the airport and the lobby has the display for the flight information.
The front desk staff are not pleasant at all. During our check-in, the female staff said that she's busy and asked her co-worker to check us in. The co-worker replied that she's busy also. What an attitude!! During my shower in the morning, the shower faucet fell off and hit my foot. I did not have time to finish my shower and the water was everywhere. I took the faucet to the front desk and the female staff gave me a blank eye!! It took almost 2 hrs for the repair guy to come in to fix the faucet.
